We are creating a new post of Business Development Manager for Creative Homecare. This is an exciting opportunity to take forward and develop our Creative Homecare Service which currently operates in Forth Valley, Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an experienced Sales, Marketing and Business professional whose role is to ensure we meet our revenue targets, through a strong strategy of staff recruitment and retention and a strategy to successfully build a strong customer base.

Creative Homecare is a social enterprise and its purpose is to provide an income stream to Strathcarron Hospice.

Whether or not your sales and marketing background is in social care, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We are a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. We need you to turn Creative Homecare into a fast growing business where you will become an integral member of the senior team as the company grows.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with:

  • A confident composed approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
  • A passion for quality, building relationships and driving our reputation
  • Proven experience of business development and identifying new business opportunities
  • High level attention to detail and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to use our company computer systems including outlook, excel and word.
  • A driving licence with access to a car
