About the role:

Reporting to the Income Generation Lead, and working with our Marketing Assistant and Income Generation Partners, this role will provide first line support to our fundraisers, donors, and supporters. This role supports our mission by ensuring our fundraisers feel valued and supported. Ideally there would be hours to be worked over 1 – 2 days per week, which would be flexible.

About You:

You will have strong communication skills to enable you to effectively steward fundraisers, provide excellent customer service and record all communications accurately and clearly.

You will be creative and innovative to help identify opportunities to grow income through digital and social media channels and help create and edit images on canva.
