Join our vibrant team of staff and volunteers delivering high quality services to ensure that Scotland is the best place to grow up for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex young people.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative person to help lead on the LGBT Charter Programme in schools and organisations. As the LGBT Charter continues to grow throughout the country, we are building a team of passionate people to ensure we can meet demand. This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of an innovative programme that is creating positive change in Scottish schools and organisations.

Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, alongside the National Programmes Team you will:

Be a key leader in delivering the LGBT Charter programme to schools and organisations in Scotland

Support the LGBT Charter team to grow sustainably, achieving impact in more communities as we expand across the country
