We need a dynamic and focused Supporter Data Coordinator who can motivate and work happily within a team, whose work is donor-centric and who really means it when they say that attention to detail is everything.
This role is part of our Supporter Engagement Team in our Fundraising and Communications Directorate. The role is vital in terms of managing donor data, in order to build effective donor relationships
Key Responsibilities
• Process daily cash, Direct debits, credit card donations and payments, liaising with colleagues across the team to ensure accurate allocation
• Manage and process third party income reports for import into Raisers Edge (NXT) eg: Justgiving.
• Using your own initiative- Identify and carry out database tasks from data cleaning to changing or correcting records. Thus maintaining accurate, consistent and reliable information
• Support the team with the day-to-day development of the database and CRM database policies, processes and procedures
• Assist with the reconciliation of income to the cash book in conjunction with the Finance team
• Act as the first point of contact for the Raisers Edge (NXT) service desk
• Manage and deliver data query requests in line with fundraising activity.
• Ensure data is stored in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
• Provide a first class supporter care service either written or over the telephone.
• When required supervise volunteers.
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will have good communication skills, work co-operatively with colleagues, form meaningful relationships with others, demonstrate initiative, have a high level of accuracy, act with integrity and be accountable for your actions and decisions.
You will also have:
• A HNC or equivalent qualification
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software applications
• Minimum two years’ experience in an office and customer service environment
