Dundee International Women’s Centre is an award-winning voluntary organisation, recognised throughout Scotland for it’s work with isolated and disadvantaged BAME women.
We provide a safe space where women can access social, skills-based and formal learning and training, giving them the confidence and opportunities to widen their horizons and meet their goals.
We need an enthusiastic, conscientious team player, who is creative and inventive in presenting new technology in an educational centre for women.
The role of this job is to upskill staff and learners in digital usage, to review and update training materials, present information in an engaging way, and to digitise materials to enhance learner and staff experience.
There are 2 jobs which could potentially be done by one person
Working as part of the Violence Against Women project and/or Prevent project team, you will need an understanding of translating content to digital teaching materials.
It will be advantageous if you have:
• The ability to research and keep up to date with social media trends (Prevent)
• A degree in an IT related subject
• Experience of training/teaching
• A knowledge of structural inequality
