We now have an opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Department based in Eurocentral.
The Marketing and Communications Department is focused on promoting the brand and profile of the organisation, celebrating the great work being delivered across each of the three operating pillars. The post holder will have a particular focus on internal and external communications, content creation and management, brand and profile awareness and events planning and delivery. The successful candidate will bring energy and experience of working in a fast-paced Marcomms environment combined with demonstrable delivery skills with a driven, innovative, forward-thinking approach.
About You
The post holder must be an excellent communicator and a confident stakeholder and account manager who is able to demonstrate a proven record of creating and executing innovative marketing communications plans. You will need to have strong organisational skills and be flexible in dealing with a varied workload. You will have excellent writing skills and rigorous attention to detail, and have the ability to work confidently and collaboratively within a small team.
A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable. However, previous experience in managing marketing and communications with high-quality writing is essential. Experience in using CRM systems and bulk email platforms and advanced computer skills including word and graphics packages (including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop and Canva) will be helpful in this role. Overall, the person must show drive and ambition to promote and communicate the organisation’s aims and objectives, delivering high quality and impactful content and collateral which best serves the people we work for and the people we work with.
Driving License and access to a car for work purposes is desirable
