Role

The Scottish Human Rights Commission’s role is to promote widespread awareness, understanding of, and respect for human rights.

The SPCB is seeking to appoint 3 part-time members who must be able to spend 48 days per year on commission business.

We are looking for talented individuals who are working at a senior level who have excellent networking and interpersonal skills, have the ability to influence decision making, have a track record of delivering results and who are interested in human rights.

The daily fee rate is £280.20. The appointment is for a fixed term of 6 years.

The successful candidates will be expected to take up office in summer 2022.

The Commission is based in Edinburgh.
