At Roadwise Driver Training, we support improved road safety skills of all who learn and train with Roadwise. Roadwise Driver Training is a social enterprise providing driver development training and coaching throughout the UK through a network of franchised and contracted Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs).
We provide a range of driver development training for people wanting to learn to drive and for company employees and individuals who want to improve their driving safety levels. We also deliver training and support for those who have, or wish to have, a career as a driving instructor. Roadwise Driver Training CIC is a social enterprise and is wholly owned by Aberdeen Foyer. As a Community Interest Company, profits generated by Roadwise are used to support the work of Aberdeen Foyer in ending the cycle of poverty and prevention of youth homelessness.

About the Role
As Business Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of sales, delivery logistics and marketing of driver training services. You will target corporate and learner markets and coordinate all queries and will work in close collaboration with Roadwise driving instructors across Northeast Scotland to ensure healthy pipeline and effective allocation of pupils.
You will respond to UK wide corporate enquiries identifying solutions to client’s driver training needs, issuing sales proposals and quotations in a timely and professional manner. You will maintain and improve administrative systems driving operational efficiency. You will be able to nurture good communication with all Roadwise franchised driving instructors and coordinate monthly meetings. You will lliaise with Aberdeen Foyer’s Finance team to ensure smooth financial administration, and with Aberdeen Foyer’s Communications Manager to coordinate digital marketing plus content creation and management of Roadwise social media platforms and website.
About You
The successful candidate will be proactive and highly organised, resourceful, and self-motivated. You will be skilled at prioritising and managing competing demands; retaining great attention to detail. You will be committed to ‘getting things done’ and will be results orientated. and you will enjoy and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. You will be a confident communicator in both verbal and written form and most of all, will be solutions focussed.
The role will suit candidates who have a Business Administration or relevant qualification and/or customer service/commercial experience, and who can communicate with all levels of company representatives and stakeholders.
