Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join CJS as a Restorative Justice Officer, this role is funded until 31 March 2023 as part of the Scottish Governments commitment to the Restorative Justice Action Plan. You will be part of the RJ team, working alongside colleagues from The Centre for Youth and Criminal Justice and Scottish Government. Your role will be to support robust messaging and improvement in understanding of restorative justice across Scotland, you will be skilled in developing and delivering communications through stakeholder and public engagement. You will support and coordinate the activity of the Restorative Justice Stakeholder Group against the outcomes of the Restorative Justice Action Plan 2019-23. You will be adept at report writing, have analysing skills for monitoring progress and importantly you will be passionate about helping to make Scotland the safest country in the world.
