With befriending and mentoring at our core, COVEY is now much more than simply a befriending organisation. We deliver bespoke services to provide intensive work with parent/carers and young people, providing an integrated package of care. COVEY are developing work in the Self Directed Support arena and are embracing exciting opportunities though The Promise.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our supportive Board of Trustees and the COVEY team to shape the strategic direction of the organisation, ensuring ongoing sustainability, success and growth.

You will have considerable experience in leading an organisation or service, be qualified in an area of social care or community learning and development and understand the relevant policy landscape in Scotland. You will also have significant management, finance, fundraising, governance, compliance experience and excellent communications skills.

Based in our Hamilton office with hybrid and flexible working expected.
