Must have experience and a relevant qualification:
HNC Childhood Practice, SVQ Social Services (CYP) – SCQF Level 7
Or equivalent, as listed on the SSSC website

Fife Women’s Aid are looking to recruit a full-time Women’s Support worker to join our Women’s Support Team.
This role will provide information, advice, advocacy, and support to women who contact Fife Women’s Aid as well as carrying out trauma informed assessment and intervention.
Applicants for this role should have experience of providing support in a relevant social care setting and have a good understanding of supporting people who have experienced trauma.
The successful applicant will have at least SVQ Level III or equivalent level of qualification in health and social care or other relevant subject, or equivalent experience and willingness to work towards a qualification.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of motivation and have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team. An ability to cover on-call is an advantage (additional payments are made for this role).
