P/T Office and Training Administrator

Role

Based in our Glasgow office (but with the option of some home working) this is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering the important work of the Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) in Scotland. You will provide administrative support in relation to our training, events, finance, personnel, marketing and other activity – all aimed at contributing to ending child poverty in Scotland. You will join a busy team supporting the work of our Office Manager, Events Manager and Marketing, Communications and Administrative Officer.

You will have experience of office administration as well as of administering training, seminar or conference type events. You will have excellent customer care skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people. Just as importantly you will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and to prioritise your tasks.
