Equally Safe Development Co-Ordinator

Role

The Moray Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWGP) Strategy aims to establish the issues related to violence against women, or gender-based abuse, in Moray and identify the priorities to be addressed by the VAWGP. Working collaboratively with key partners across all sectors, the VAWP aims to eradicate violence against women in Moray and make it a place where women and children can, with support, when necessary, live free from the inequalities and harm

To enable the partnership to achieve its aim we have successful secured funding from the Scottish Government through the Delivering Equally Safe funding stream to employ a Development Co-Ordinator to support the work of the partnership. You will oversee the co-ordination of Equally Safe Moray Project to plan, implement and deliver a training plan for Safe and Together and wider workforce training and raise community awareness.
