We are now in the process of establishing our Support Team, within The Promise Scotland and the recruitment of several Promise Delivery Partner posts is a very significant milestone. We wish to develop pro-active supportive relationships with key partners, including national agencies, local authorities, voluntary sector organisations, corporate parents and other national bodies supporting the change required to keep The Promise.
The Promise Delivery Partners will have responsibility to develop and maintain support relationships with key individuals and groups within the sector. The Support team currently contains Brian Houston, as Head of Support and two Leads, Thomas Carlton, and Rachael Hood, who will directly line manage and support the Promise Delivery Partners.

About you
An approachable, innovative, and creative individual, you will have sufficient experience at senior management level ideally within a practice, policy, or organisational development environment.
As an accomplished communicator, you will have instant credibility when engaging with individual and groups, coupled with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships and encouraging increased collaboration.
