Role

This is an exciting brand-new post created to develop and manage a growing portfolio of Lead Scotland learning services across Scotland to take forward our strategic ambition.

The successful applicant will:

1) Work with the management team to extend our local and national coverage of services.

2) Deepen and broaden our range of non-formal and formal learning opportunities.

3) Enable more disabled people and carers to engage with learning services which lead to a range of positive outcomes.

4) Manage local and national projects, contracts, and partnerships.

This post will suit someone who is passionate about fair access to life-long, life-wide and learner centred adult learning opportunities, and who has a track record of successfully managing people and projects.

You will need very good digital skills and excellent communication skills to balance a busy workload, supporting our strategic growth agenda and creating the conditions for staff and volunteers to flourish.

This post is home-based and a satisfactory PVG will be required. Lead Scotland has a Recruiting People with Convictions Policy.
