Role

Ark is looking for an ICT Business Partner who will support and lead Ark’s corporate and strategic expectations with regard to the ICT function. We are ideally looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and knowledgeable in the maintenance and support of IT systems with a good understanding of new technologies and a keen interest to explore how they might benefit the organisation.

This role will support and advise the user community and monitor and maintain the ICT infrastructure & systems as well as leading on system upgrade projects including the website project. The ability to build effective relationships and demonstrate professional communication skills at all levels throughout the business is essential. We would also require you to have a full driving licence to visit our remote sites when necessary. If you are experienced at project management, have excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and can communicate effectively with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills then we would love to hear from you.

The ICT Business Partner will line manage the ICT Officer and will report directly to the Head of ICT Strategy & Development.

Ark is a major provider of Housing, Care and Support to people with long term and enduring conditions such as learning disability, mental health issues, dementia and autism.
