WorkingRite is an employability charity for young people with mentoring at its heart. This role will be a key element in our ability to demonstrate the impact of our work across Scotland. Our new Data Impact & IT Lead will take organisation wide responsibility for WorkingRite’s CRM database evaluation and ongoing management, improvement of impact evidence & co-ordination of the charity’s IT needs with existing suppliers – Based remotely, with some travel to WorkingRite project areas, it will extend our ability to maximise impactful data collection which demonstrates our impact on young people through all stages of WorkingRite’s training programme.
Your job will be to evaluate and rebuild our current CRM Database system (Salesforce), liaise with The Senior Leadership Team and front-line project delivery staff to make positive changes to our data collection and impact reporting mechanisms, and take responsibility for the organisation’s IT use and ongoing needs.
We require a Data Impact & IT Lead who can:
· Use extensive knowledge of Salesforce to properly evaluate our current data collection and reporting
· Use findings of this evaluation, alongside technical skill, to make changes to the system to benefit the charity
· Act as a natural connector of information and need
· Create internal systems to co-ordinate WorkingRite’s IT needs and use
· Provide high level specialised support to SLT in all aspects of data and IT management
· Work to targets
· Offer new and creative ideas
You will have experience of CRM Database management (Specifically Salesforce). You will have excellent communication skills and be well organised. Above all, you must be enthusiastic, motivated and keen to play a key role within a charity supporting young people at the start of their careers.
