The Service
Our Rough Sleepers Projects offers Intensive Recovery Outreach and Dedicated Support to Rough Sleepers in Camden & Islington. The project provides coordinated and wrap around care to rough sleepers/street active individuals with substance misuse issues.
(Camden/Islington) This is a great opportunity to be involved with the delivery of a brand-new service and finding the most effective and creative ways to engage with service users with multiple and often complex needs. You will work as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary outreach team to offer person centred support, and engagement into treatment.

The Role
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, caring, person centred and passionate about supporting people with multiple needs to join our INROADS team. Essential to this role is the drive to support individuals to navigate often complex systems to get the support they need for substance misuse and their mental health condition.
This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
The main purpose of this role is to provide assertive outreach in order to engage or re-engage with rough sleepers/street active individuals into treatment.
We are seeking committed, organised and highly motivated candidates, with an in-depth knowledge and experience of the challenges affecting people with substance misuse and related health and wellbeing issues.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and innovative service making positive changes in service users’ lives, through a non-judgemental, recovery-based approach that values the strengths and choices of those individuals.
