Tiphereth is seeking a Supported Living Manager to lead our Care at Home and Housing Support provision for adults with learning disabilities and autism, based in Edinburgh. As a Camphill community our work is based on the ideals of Rudolf Steiner.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role in our community.

Our Supported Living Service is part of a wider residential service within the community. You will manage four tenancies, both shared and single, supporting members to live at Tiphereth. An additional three Care Homes, which are independently managed, make up the residential community at Tiphereth. Our vibrant Day Service offers members meaningful work in a variety of projects. Our Skills for Growth project supports the educational aspects of growth and development for the members who live and work in Tiphereth. We also have a Social Enterprise project which supports members to be active in the wider community.

You will be the registered manager for the Care at Home and Housing Support services for ten members promoting and supporting their independence. You will have line management responsibilities for the 30+ staff who co-create home life with the members in small teams led by Team Leaders. You will be responsible for further developing the culture of the service which focuses on equality, empowerment and co-creation within a Camphill community.

Upholding the highest standards of care and support you will be the Registered Manager for the service. Having extensive management experience within the Health and Social Care sector and with adults with learning disabilities and autism; you will work alongside a team of senior managers who, led by the Chief Executive Officer, have wider responsibilities for the delivery and wellbeing of the whole community and its range of residential, day service, educational and social enterprise projects, delivering positive outcomes for the members who live and work in our Camphill community.
