As a team leader you’ll learn about us from the ground up with hands on experience so you’ll soon be an expert in every aspect of your teams’ routine and the support our members require from them.

You’ll manage a small team of staff providing the care and support to an individual member. You’ll take on managing staff rotas to ensure members needs are met. As a reflective practitioner you’ll provide support and supervision to your team. You’ll also learn to support the rich cultural life we have in Camphill too.

You will have experience of supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities. You will have sound knowledge of moving and handling and be able to manage a range of healthcare needs demonstrating good communication skills in working with a variety of health care professionals.

You will be able to manage a team which values and promotes growth and a sense of belonging providing care of the highest standard. Alongside the Registered Manager and other Team Leaders you will form part of the Supported Living leadership team in upholding and developing person-centred practice across the service.

You will be flexible with working hours recognising that the post will require shift working.
