Civitas Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic charity that are dedicated to ensuring that anyone effected by blood cancer receives the right information, advice and support. The charity focuses on the support that is needed now to help those affected by blood cancer cope during a diagnosis and beyond. An exciting opportunity exists for a Regional Coordinator to join the charity. As Regional Coordinator within your region (Scotland), you will be responsible for managing all activities e.g. support groups, identifying local opportunities; raising awareness of the charities services with healthcare professionals caring for blood cancer patients. This is an excellent opportunity if you wish to develop your career in patient support and services. It is a fixed term contract for 3 years with possibility for a permanent role, working from home and visiting locations in Scotland.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be committed to supporting patients, carers and family members. You will be highly IT literate having a solid understanding of MS Office, Teams, GoogleDocs and Zoom. Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills are essential for this role. Working within the charity sector or with cancer patients would be an advantage however not essential. You will also need a full UK driving license.
