Kilmarnock Community Sports Trust is looking to recruit an experienced Third Sector professional to assist with our development and the planned expansion of our activities.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of Scottish Community Fundraising and be capable of building strong relationships with our community partners and sponsors. Effective project management and leadership skills are key to this role.
A flair for event management and communications (including social media platforms) would be an advantage. A football background is not essential to this role

This is a Board of Trustees Appointment and the Post Holder will be expected to report directly to the Board on all Charity matters. The Charity Manager will be the lead on all of the Charity's fundraising activity and its day to day operations, with the exception of the Kilmarnock Football Academy. The post holder is also expected to advise the board on potential future strategy and direction to ensure the charity remains sustainable and its activities relevant.
