Relationship and Supporter Care Fundraiser

We are seeking someone with a passion for the charity sector, experience of supporter care and community fundraising, and an ambition to develop a first class donor care system.

The role is central to our fundraising strategy and will work with our service delivery teams to recruit supporters for community events and build excellent relationships with donors, fundraisers and volunteers. Our growing team has ambitious plans to grow our fundraising to ensure Sight Scotland can be there for everyone with sight loss, and their families, who need us. You will be an experienced and confident fundraiser who is a team player. This role plays a pivotal role within the team to ensure that donors and supporters are care for and nurtured in a way that feels personal to them.

With strong knowledge of community fundraising and excellent attention to detail, the role holder will have a passion for developing supporter care and have first class relationship building skills.

This position is based in our Head Office in Robertson Avenue, Edinburgh. It is expected this role will be carried out on a blended homeworking arrangement (40% office based with the remaining hours worked from home) however due to the current Covid situation all hours may be worked from home initially.
