Role

See Me is Scotland’s programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination. Our vision is of a fairer and more inclusive Scotland, free from mental health stigma and discrimination. Guided and supported by people with experience of mental health problems, we challenge mental health stigma

and discrimination. We influence change in behaviours, cultures and systems so that people with experience of mental health problems are respected, valued and empowered to achieve the outcomes important to them..

We are looking to hire an exceptional individual to join our committed team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Improvement Advisor to join our small Settings team. As one of the Programmes priorities, the team works to influence policy and practice change to end mental health stigma and discrimination in a variety of key settings across Scotland. As a skilled influencer, familiar with a variety of improvement approaches and practice, you will engage people with lived experience to take forward a range of projects that aim to embed mental health inclusion and fair access to and experience within services and sources of support.
