This is an exciting opportunity to take your experience of social care services in a new direction. In this important role you’ll be part of a small team responsible for the monitoring and recording of quality standards, performance indicators and policies across CrossReach services. The workload is varied, you’ll be expected to work collaboratively and get involved in a broad range of tasks to improve the experience of individuals in our care. This will include the development of systems, liaising with CrossReach services and key stakeholders while co-ordinating feedback from individuals and carers.

Key requirements for this position are:

• An understanding of social care and the internal and external requirements of the sector

• Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders in social care including carers and professional agencies

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work to deadlines

• First rate communication skills that enable you to effectively engage a diverse workforce

• A flexible and responsive approach to prioritising your workload.
