The post holder will be a senior development officer leading a series of new activities and areas of development for HTSI around their strategic ambitions. They will work closely and directly with the Chief Officer and the Senior Development Officer for the Digital and Membership Team to deliver the wider range of regionally based and driven responsibilities of the organisations and its TSI functions.
As part of their individual role they will work with a range of partners and stakeholders and must be confident in building relationships and networks across sectors. They will lead on activities specifically related, but not restricted to, employability, training, political engagement and mentoring.
Together with the HTSI CO, they will consider how the overall performance of the organisation is managed and ensure delivery of the annual operating plan.
