Tiny Changes is Scotland’s first national young people’s mental health charity. We run projects with young leaders that help young minds feel better. The charity was set up in memory of artist and Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison. Through his music and art Scott made tiny changes that had a big impact on people from all walks of life.

We believe that Scotland’s young people deserve great mental health, and we believe in their insight and innovation to make this possible. We exist to nurture the talent of young people to find solutions that work for them.

In three years, we’ve funded 69 innovative mental health ideas - from bubble therapy with refugees to peer-led crisis prevention cafe and d/Deaf youth wellbeing resources - supporting over 4,000 children and young people, with many of them leading change in their communities. The Tiny Changes team is growing all the time. We currently have 6 Trustees and will be looking to recruit another 2 trustees to join the Board later this year. Role Summary

As a freelance operations consultant at Tiny Changes, you will support the interim CEO with the management of all charity and day to day operational activities, continuing the development of the charity in line with organisational objectives and strategic direction. Working closely with our small team, you will contribute to the overall direction of charity-wide operations. Supporting the management of co-production (youth lead projects), fundraising, human resources, health and safety and equality diversity and inclusion, to ensure our processes are up to date, compliant, meet the overall needs of the organisation and reflect our values.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital project manager to help the organisation to develop, evolve and implement our innovative and ambitious digital strategy.

Reporting to our Executive Team and working alongside our existing Digital and Information Systems teams, the post-holder will work cross-organisationally to understand current and potential digital requirements, developing plans for the future and project managing implementation.

This post is offered as fixed term / secondment opportunity for 12-18 months and will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to experience working within a dynamic and progressive third sector organisation. We are seeking someone with strong project management skills and a background in digital development projects. Scottish Recovery Network are seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Facilitator who will work with colleagues and partners to develop, pilot and embed peer support learning opportunities across Scotland. This person will play a key role in enabling peer support groups and services to train new and existing workers and volunteers. A significant part of the role will be fostering new and existing relationships to create opportunities for practice development and progression in peer support.

You will be confident at all stages of the learning and development cycle; needs analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation.

You will be committed to values-based practice, mental health recovery, peer support and excited by the opportunity to work with others to bring about much needed change in our mental health system.

• Worked with staff in accordance with the statutory framework and requirement including GDPR, BACP, the SSSC and the Care Inspectorate.
• The ability to prepare creative and positive presentations and engage learners and audiences alike.
• Knowledge of Mental Health, Future Pathways’ Outcome Pathways and Quality Assurance Frameworks for the purposes of measurement and evaluation.

The salary scale for this post is Point 44 to 48 (£42,759 - £46,921).
