Established in 1982, we have a long history of providing high quality learner focussed training to all levels of staff in the sectors from support workers to managers.
Training for Care is based in Edinburgh and delivers training throughout the central belt of Scotland.
Our purpose is to increase opportunities, skills, and recognition for those working or wishing to work in the caring professions and, through this, to contribute positively to the quality of life of the recipients of care.
Our Board of Trustees is seeking new members to assist with overseeing the governance of Training for Care and determining strategic policy and direction. We are particularly interested in hearing from those with Legal or Financial experience however all applications will be considered. The organisation works hard to promote diversity and inclusion and we welcome applicants from any background (e.g. racial, gender, age, care experienced)
