Role

Are you someone that enjoys a fast paced, varied role that helps people access much needed support?

Organised and with an eye for detail, this role will guide a team of administrators to implement and maintain quality systems that underpin the work of Future Pathways’ support coordination teams.

With your calm, warm and inclusive approach, you will guide our administration team, working in a trauma informed environment. This role will also support continuous improvement and performance reporting.

Future Pathways encourages all staff to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Hours can be worked flexibly in accordance with the needs of the service. The role is currently working from home. In the future, periodic travel may be required across Scotland.
