Role

AdvoCard is an independent advocacy provider in Edinburgh. We support a variety of people to have a stronger voice, and have as much control as possible over their lives. We provide support to people of all ages with mental health issues, and most of our work relates to people subject to mental health law interventions.

We are looking for a new worker to join our busy and dynamic team, delivering advocacy to people in hospital, and at home, in Edinburgh. The post holder will provide independent advocacy on a one to one basis; supporting, informing and representing peoples wishes, as well as safeguarding their rights.
