We are currently looking to appoint a full-time Group Worker based in the West Lothian Recovery Service in Bathgate.

As a Group Worker with Change Grow Live you will work with people who use our services by facilitating group work and working with service users on one-to-one basis and helping them get to where they want to be.

Responsibilities

Your focus will be on delivering and developing group work and CGL programmes, such as Foundations of Recovery in the Recovery Service. You will work with other programme facilitators and professionals within your project to design and deliver groups/pods, using evidence-based practice, covering the most appropriate issues to your service users. You will be responsible for the development of structured timetable of recovery orientated group work working closely with the staff team to recruit, promote and facilitate the groups provided in the service.
