We are looking for Young People’s Workers who will work as part of the team to deliver the best outcomes for the young people. You will support the young people to develop their problem-solving skills, enabling them to resolve conflicts, develop informed choices and relate better to their peers, families and authority figures. You will have the ability to monitor and evaluate the service to modify the programme effectively, working with the Service Manager, statutory referring agencies and other organisations to deliver changes which support more positive outcomes. A key part of the role is to motivate the young people to change and to do this you will explore with the young people and with appropriate agencies, leisure time pursuits, skills, achievements and interests that can provide incentives to achieve the required positive outcomes.
