Would you like to work closely with a caseload to support Service Users back into paid work?

The Service

WDP are delivering a large IPS employment service contract in West London, where a team of 10 staff will support over 700 job starts with individuals affected by substance misuse.

IPS (Individual Placement & Support) is a proven system based around working intensively and exclusively on securing employment.

The Role

We are looking for an Employment Specialist (ES) to join our IPS Team. Working to monthly targets, you will closely support a group of clients back into work. You will be dynamic and driven to secure the best outcomes for your caseload.

Conditions

• Salary band of £24,200 - £30,400 per annum plus £2,100 London Weighting

• 12 month Fixed term contract with possible extension

• 37.5 hours per week

Location

We are looking for an employment specialist to join our team working in West London.
