We are seeking a Facilities Lead, who has a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and can:
· Ensure RTWS facilities continue to meet legislative, environmental, health and safety and security requirements;
· Manage the workflow and performance of the facilities staff across multiple sites ensuring that service standards, targets and quality are achieved at all times;
· Identify and support the training and development requirements within the Facilities Team;
· Continuously maintain and improve services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a valid driving licence and access to own transport are essential for this role. The successful applicant must also hold a relevant H & S qualification or be working towards NEBOSH or IOSH.
