Role

Youth Scotland, Scotland’s national charity for the support and delivery of community-based youth work, would love you to come and join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced worker who has excellent partnership skills, with experience of coordinating national projects and programmes.

Youth Scotland supports over 1,600 youth groups across the country which provide youth work opportunities for more than 74,000 young people. These young people are supported by over 8,000 youth workers including 5,000 volunteers.

Our range of accredited youth awards recognise thousands of young people’s learning and achievements every year.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing projects, preferably with an active involvement in the youth work sector, to play a lead role on Youth Scotland’s biggest project – Generation CashBack - and to effectively manage key relationships with funders and partners. Generation CashBack supports member groups in areas of multiple deprivation to increase the opportunities available for young people and help them achieve their full potential.

If you have the skills and experience to make this happen, then we want to hear from you!
