Regen:fx Youth Trust was established in 2007. We work in partnership to develop and deliver a wide portfolio of Youth Work Programmes for disadvantaged young people between the ages of 8 – 21yrs. Checkout our website regenfxyouthtrust.org.
Regenfx Youth Trust are recruiting for a variety of different posts to expand the staff team. We are looking for two Project Leaders for our award-winning Street Projects, one for the Junior Street (11 – 13yr olds) and one for the Senior Street (14 – 21yr olds). Both Projects deliver a similar programme involving a unique consequential learning programme. The Street uses a blend of youth work and performance arts to support young people achieve positive outcomes for themselves.
You will be joining a skilled, motivated, and supportive team who are committed to helping young people become the best versions of themselves. Your responsibilities will include leading on all aspects of the project including driving forward new developments, providing groupwork and 1:1 support for young people. You will be assisted by a Drama Worker and report to the Service Co-ordinator.
The role is full-time: however, we are willing to consider applicants who would like to work between 28 – 35 hrs per week.
Flexibility will be required with some evening and occasional weekend work being necessary. The Junior Street meets on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings and the Senior Street meets on Monday & Thursday evenings. A full driving licence and access to transport is also required.
