Volunteering Matters is looking for a talented, dynamic and professional HR Administrator to join the small team. The right candidate would be someone who can work flexibly and demonstrate an understanding and commitment to our organisational values.
The post holder will help with the day to day running of the HR department. This role is an integral role as part of this busy HR team and will be the first point of contact for staff and managers of HR queries. The HR Administrator will be proactive, and customer focused in their approach and ensure to provide GDPR compliant service to the company and staff. The post holder will support in all lifecycle functions all the way from recruitment to the exit of staff members. The HR Administrator will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and be part of small, busy HR Team.
