Our “All in Glasgow” service is a partnership of organisations who have come together to deliver the new Training for Work employment service on behalf of Glasgow City Council. ENABLE Scotland are the lead of the partnership.

This new service is an exciting opportunity to transform the employment prospects of people in Glasgow. Your role is to ensure that the new service is delivered successfully and to a high standard. You will support our partners to meet their contractual obligations, meet quality standards and deliver their agreed performance targets. You will work to accurately forecast delivery outcomes, drive performance within internal and external teams, and identify and effectively manage any risks to performance to ensure targets are achieved.

You will liaise with the Partnership Steering Group and have direct responsibility for the delivery of the contract. You will be principal liaison with Glasgow City Council on behalf of ENABLE Scotland and our partners. You will be responsible for all contract management, delivery of outcomes and income across the partnership; key to this will be developing positive professional relationships with internal and external delivery teams and stakeholders.

About You

Main Duties and Accountabilities

  • Establish and build effective relationships with all partner organisations and stakeholders
  • Act as single point of contact to funder and senior leaders internally and externally
  • Ensure partners deliver as per contracted volumes, outcomes, and finance.
  • Work closely with Quality and Improvement officer to deliver our commitments in relation to Working Together for a Fairer Glasgow
  • Coordinate compliant information systems and efficient data management.
  • Coordinate reporting systems in line with contract standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver timely submission of financial claims relating to the contract.
  • Coordinate the reporting of complaints and issues in line with contract standards.
  • Organise and attend All in Glasgow Steering Group meetings.
  • Share best practice and opportunities within internal and external colleagues.
  • Positive and flexible response to change.
  • Ensure compliance with ENABLE Scotland’s practice and policy standards.
  • Managing your time efficiently to respond to additional duties, as required.
  • Representing ENABLE Works and ENABLE Scotland with an understanding of departmental and organisational strategies.
