Scottish Recovery Network are seeking to recruit a Learning and Development Facilitator who will work with colleagues
and partners to develop, pilot and embed peer support learning opportunities across Scotland. This person will
play a key role in enabling peer support groups and services to train new and existing workers and volunteers. A
significant part of the role will be fostering new and existing relationships to create opportunities for
practice development and progression in peer support.
You will be confident at all stages of the learning and development cycle; needs analysis, design, facilitation and
evaluation.
You will be committed to values-based practice, mental health recovery, peer support and excited by the opportunity
to work with others to bring about much needed change in our mental health system.
