Role

Rock Trust are delighted to be investing additional capacity within their Service Management Team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead our services in Perth and to help us ensure that every young person in these regions have access to youth specific services to help them avoid, resolve and move on from homelessness. The primary function of this role is the effective management and delivery of our frontline services and development activities, leading our service team to ensure that we provide quality services and reach our key targets. This key management role will support the Assistant Directors to implement strategy, ensuring that regulatory standards are met, and policies and procedures are implemented.

The post holder will be expected to:

  • Play a leading role in the development of our Services
  • Lead and manage a team of high performing service delivery staff
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with key partners
  • Manage resources, reporting and quality of services

Who we are

Rock Trust is Scotland’s leading youth specific homelessness charity. We work with young people aged 16-25 who are at risk of, or who are experiencing homelessness. Our aim is to end youth homelessness in Scotland by ensuring that every young person has access to expert youth specific services to assist them to avoid, survive and move on from homelessness.
