Would you love to support community organisations to thrive? Do you have experience of working with communities, able to provide information and encouragement?

Due to internal promotion, Development Trusts Association Scotland is looking for a Development Officer to support our members in receipt of Strengthening Communities Programme grant funding. Working with a Strengthening Communities Programme Development Officer already in post, as well as the wider development officers’ team, this role will help groups to become more resilient and sustainable community anchor organisations.

This post will involve hybrid working from home and the Edinburgh office, with travel throughout the country, with particular focus on the east of Scotland.
