Role

Barnardo's Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) is an independently coordinated process which empowers family members to shape plans for children that recognises the strengths within the family. The family are empowered to find their own solutions and to develop a Family Plan to address the difficulties they face to support and protect the child(ren) of the family.

We are looking to recruit a full-time (open to part-time) position for our FGDM service to empower families to find their own solutions.

As a Project Worker with the FGDM service you will support the family to find their own solutions by coordinating a Family Meeting that aims to provide a supportive space where families and agencies can work together to support the wellbeing of children and young people.
