We are looking for a Community Engagement Officer who will work alongside the Community Engagement Manager (West) based in Stranraer with a mix of home working where appropriate.
If you have an interest in community empowerment and supporting and strengthening the work of charities in D&G and have the drive, energy, and enthusiasm to build the capacity of local groups, this job could be for you.
If you have experience working in a charity, or volunteering or have worked in community development, we would like to hear from you. Perhaps you have experience in training, or you may be working in the public or private sector. What matters is that you have the drive and ability to engage with a wide range of individuals and groups across the region and put the needs of the third sector first. You will also be great at networking, maintaining relationships with stakeholders while representing TSDG in a positive way.
