Following a recent internal structural change to support the future of our work, we are looking for an experienced manager with excellent leadership skills and the vision to grow the exciting work we deliver to reach more people.
About the role
Cyrenians offers a variety of support to people within the Falkirk area to address the barriers they face to accessing services, employment, volunteering opportunities, as well as tackling social isolation.
The role offers the opportunity to innovate, develop and lead people and services, with a balance of:
·Leading, managing and developing a skilled, ambitious team
·Managing, monitoring and evaluating high-quality service delivery
·Building and facilitating collaborative relationships and partnerships
·Developing operational plans and contributing to strategic plans and activities
·Ensuring financial sustainability through identifying funding and budgeting effectively
·Opportunities to grow our services and reach more people.
·Working within a number of funding streams and partners
Services within the role
Community facing service within Camelon as part of Our Place Lottery Funding
·Community Link’s service, part of the national Community Link worker programme being implemented within GP surgeries
·Young people service
·Mental Health and Wellbeing Services
·Implementation and development of new services
About You
You’ll be:
Motivatedto channel your skills in line management and consolidating services.
Innovativeand able to identify gaps in service delivery and transfer these into funding opportunities.
Experiencedin managing services with a number of funding streams.
Strong communicatorenabling you to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Drivento work in the Third Sector and for a values led organisation.

You’ll be joining an experienced team that willsupport you develop and grow in your rolegrow.You will have a supportive line manager, andaccess to our learning and development programme, and staff wellbeing services. There will also be opportunities to participate in relevant training for continued personal development.
