Would you be interested to join a busy team providing administrative support to our highly successful and sought-after sleep training courses, both online and in person across the UK and Ireland?
Sleep Scotland are looking to expand our training team to meet increased demand for our training events. Our Training Administrators provide on-the-day support for our training courses, so there are opportunities to learn about sleep from our team of esteemed lecturers.
You will have excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively. You will use your initiative to manage your own workload as well as be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will have experience of using IT in an administrative and supportive context, in particular Microsoft PowerPoint and Zoom. Interest in the voluntary sector and in sleep related information would be an advantage.
This position will be hybrid working with the majority working from home, with some work on occasion in our office in Gilmerton, Edinburgh. Occasional travel and overnight stays elsewhere in the UK and Ireland will be required but planned in advance.
