Role

We are currently recruiting for the position of Deputy Manager, who will support the Centre Manager and Leadership Team in supporting operational service delivery at WRASAC, ensuring that we deliver the best, most effective and high quality survivor centred service possible.

The successful candidate will take the lead on ensuring the day to day delivery of services to women, children and young people affected by rape, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. Ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard. Ensure that services are monitored and evaluated and that services are developed to ensure WRASAC are providing consistent, effective and responsive services to women, children and young people.

They will have experience of working within the violence against women sector and have at least 2 years’ experience of managing staff teams across varied projects, as well as experience of managing direct support services. They will have a collaborative management style, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach and an understanding and commitment to a feminist analysis of gender-based violence.
