We’re recruiting for an Evaluation Coordinator who will work with colleagues and partners to embed evaluation in our team and across our network.

Innovation and impact are central themes of our work as we seek to promote and support the development of recovery approaches, share learning, inform and influence. We are keenly interested in the impacts of our activities and also to better understand the wider impacts of the many recovery approaches we promote and support.

• We’d like a degree in Health and Social Care, Social Work or equivalent but, if you hold a recognised, relevant professional qualification at a minimum SVQ Level 4 with relevant workplace experience this works too.
• Up to date child and vulnerable adult protection knowledge together and ideally completion of suicide prevention training such as ASIST.
• You are an exceptional compassionate individual with experience of working with those in society who’ve faced personal challenges, childhood disturbance, abuse, separation, institutional care and trauma
• Curiosity, empathy and a focus on learning, empowerment, collaboration and self- awareness.
• Experience of personal outcomes focused approaches, working in partnership with people to set goals, agree plan and support people to achieve their potential.
• Able to hold hope and walk alongside someone on their journey, you are good at nurturing self confidence and supporting people to make positive changes in their lives
• Worked with staff in accordance with the statutory framework and requirement including GDPR, BACP, the SSSC and the Care Inspectorate.
• Knowledge of and positive engagement with Impact Evaluation and Quality Assurance Frameworks for the purposes of continuous improvement. and practice development.

This role does, however, require periodic but not continuous office presence.

Tiny Changes is Scotland’s first national young people’s mental health charity. We run projects with young leaders that help young minds feel better. The charity was set up in memory of artist and Frightened Rabbit frontman Scott Hutchison. Through his music and art Scott made tiny changes that had a big impact on people from all walks of life.

We believe that Scotland’s young people deserve great mental health, and we believe in their insight and innovation to make this possible. We exist to nurture the talent of young people to find solutions that work for them.

In three years, we’ve funded 69 innovative mental health ideas - from bubble therapy with refugees to peer-led crisis prevention cafe and d/Deaf youth wellbeing resources - supporting over 4,000 children and young people, with many of them leading change in their communities. The Tiny Changes team is growing all the time. We currently have 6 Trustees and will be looking to recruit another 2 trustees to join the Board later this year. Role Summary

As a freelance operations consultant at Tiny Changes, you will support the interim CEO with the management of all charity and day to day operational activities, continuing the development of the charity in line with organisational objectives and strategic direction. Working closely with our small team, you will contribute to the overall direction of charity-wide operations. Supporting the management of co-production (youth lead projects), fundraising, human resources, health and safety and equality diversity and inclusion, to ensure our processes are up to date, compliant, meet the overall needs of the organisation and reflect our values.

Around since 1923, SAMH is Scotland’s national mental health charity. We have represented the voice of people most affected by mental health problems in Scotland for almost 100 years. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital project manager to help the organisation to develop, evolve and implement our innovative and ambitious digital strategy.

Reporting to our Executive Team and working alongside our existing Digital and Information Systems teams, the post-holder will work cross-organisationally to understand current and potential digital requirements, developing plans for the future and project managing implementation.

This post is offered as fixed term / secondment opportunity for 12-18 months and will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to experience working within a dynamic and progressive third sector organisation. Terms, flexibility and working pattern can be discussed with the successful applicant and their current employer if required.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with strong project management skills and a background in digital development projects. As this post is fixed term, the successful candidate will need to be able to engage quickly and effectively with key people both within the organisation and externally, building relationships and rapport across all levels to determine key priorities and deliver key aspects of the digital strategy.
