Role

Wellbeing Scotland are a voluntary organisation with services across Scotland. We provide a wide range of holistic services for individuals and families whose life experiences have impacted negatively on their wellbeing. We offer client centred, holistic; trauma informed therapeutic services and have specialism in abuse and trauma work which has been built up since 1994.

We work with over 140 volunteers every year and now require a Volunteer Co-ordinator to support volunteers within Wellbeing Scotland. This role will provide recruitment, training, and ongoing support for volunteers within Wellbeing Scotland.

You should have experience of managing volunteers, with excellent administration, communication, and IT skills. We are looking for an individual who can work as part of a team. Experience of using online platforms is also essential.

A qualification or experience in administration and a qualification or relevant experience in community development, social care, counselling, education, or equivalent is desirable.

Reporting to: Corporate Services Manager

This post is funded by the Lottery Fund and is initially offered on a fixed-term basis and will terminate on 30th June 2023. We will seek additional funding to support this post.
