Lanarkshire Carers is recruiting Carer Support Worker’s to join our team. You will have a relevant qualification in
health or social care and/or work experience appropriate for this post. You will need a good understanding of
the issues carers face along with experience/understanding of providing individual and group work support, case
management and person-centred, strength based and outcome focused approaches.

based between Lanarkshire Carers Centre: Hamilton and/or Airdrie and in outreach and co-located locality and
health/social care venues throughout Lanarkshire. Working from home/hybrid working may also be required.
