Role

Are you passionate about tackling the climate emergency? Changeworks, Scotland’s leading environmental charity, is looking for a talented individual to join its industry-leading Technical Support Team.

The role

This role is based within the Technical Support Team, and you will report to the Technical Support Manager. The team support with the delivery of retrofit projects across Scotland working with local authorities and housing association to improve the housing stock and reduce fuel poverty. This role will play a key role in ensuring that these projects are delivered to contract specification and in line with Scottish Government guidance. You will support with line management duties for a team of Technical Assessors and carry out retrofit assessments on projects when required. Applicable training will be provided if required.

You will be a good communicator, used to working with both internal and external teams and be able to lead and motivate a team. You will be confident in working individually and have strong organisational and time management skills. You will provide a high level of customer service at all times and be comfortable offering energy advice to householders.
